Size Restrictions/Number of Pieces: Artists are limited to two pieces. Each piece is limited in size to 30" on the longest side including the frame. 3D work is limited to a 16" x 16" footprint. Please inquire if your 3D work has a larger footprint.

• Requirements: All 2D work must be firmly framed and ready to hang with sturdy wire before delivery. No sawtooth hangers or clips will be accepted. Gallery wrap canvases will be accepted, but exposed staples must not be shown. 

• Commission: 35% DCC/65% Artists. The Artist agrees that the 35% paid to the DCC is considered a donation. Payments checks will mailed within two weeks of the exhibition closing.

• Member registration has no fee, but you are required to register.

• Guest registration fee is $35.00

• If you want your work used for promotion, please send a 300dpi jpg file with the longest side at 1000 pixels, to info@dartmouthculturalcenterinc.org. Name your file as follows: Last Name_First Name_Title_Medium

• A label form for each piece submitted must be filled out at drop-off on Saturday, March 29, 2:00 - 4:00 pm

• Improperly framed/wired work will not be accepted
